Ok, this ones self explanitory really, but anyway, make a profile of your Hattrick team telling us about them. I'll go first to serve as an example.
Team Name: Pottsville United
Current League: VI.176
Nation: Australia
Stadium: Seabreeze Oval
Chairman: Brad Taylor, an extremely successful local real estate mogul, main person responsible for the return of the club.
Marketting Director: Sarah Watts, a young attractive business graduate who choose life at the club instead of a shot at modelling.
Football Operations Director: Callum Michaels, a keen arm chair manager and the former grounds keeper before the club went bankrupt, he is now responsible for making sure Match day goes smoothly and according to plan, allowing the team to get on with the job on the pitch.
Technical Director/Manager: Dean Gillett, a legend at this club occupies both positions and effectively steers the entire club as it looks to regain its former glory.
Assistant Manager: Jake Sheppard. The 46 year old was a great player for a rival club, playing to the age of 40 before retiring. This is his first managerial position and he is keen to make a go of it.
Youth Manager: Bazza Kimber, a well respected coach at youth level joins the club to help create a good youth academy.
Preferred Formation: 4-5-1
Game Philosophy: I have always set up my teams in hattrick with an eye to keeping possession of the ball for a vast majority of the game and in attack, you can't be certain where the next attack will come from. Its this flexibility that is probaly my teams greatest weapon in the past, managing to suprise teams that were better on paper on the day because they didn't study my side well enough.
Club Philosophy: I prefer to take a slow and steady approach, building up my clubs foundation up over an extended peroid of time, providing better frame work for future success, instead of opting to build an instant success club that is frought with the finacial danger. I also place a great deal of emphasis on the youth side of the club and have a massive amount of pride for the system I put in place for this.
Club History This is my third time returning to play hattrick, and the second time I shall lead the club under this name. In its previous incarnation, United managed to finish in the top 4 in all 6 of its seasons despite in the earlier times, having a squad that was far inferior to the supposed top 5 teams. In my final season before I had to due to personal reasons, quit hattrick, United clinched the division title for the first time, meaning I left on a joyous note. At its peak, the stadium was filling capacity crowds of just of 40k loyal fans, almost double the capacity of the other teams in the division. My hope is to return the club to the glory and prestige it deserves.
